1.1 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
Local Delivery: 2–4 business days
International Delivery: 7–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).
1.3 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Your product may be returned or exchanged if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The product is defective or damaged.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive the product, our Quality Control team will inspect it.
After inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.
3. Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, you may request an exchange.
Exchanges depend on product availability in stock.
If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
