1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.

  • Local Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days (customs clearance may cause delays).

1.3 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Your product may be returned or exchanged if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product is defective or damaged.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong size or a defective item, you may request an exchange.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability in stock.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.
